Tales of Kailani

Welcome to Tales of Kailani, a fantasy TTRPG Setting inspired by Pacific Island and SEA cultures. There are many different races embodying different cultures and themes, many of which who also believe in different religions or variations of the same one.

Races and Cultures of Kailani

• Te Maia are lizardfolk inspired by the Maori. They embody the warrior spirit and wear traditional tattoos.
• Sea Elves are inspired by Korean pearl divers and have a symbiotic relationship with te Maia.
• Humans are common in the islands of Kailani, and have Filipino inspiration when it comes to their culture. They are friendly and charitable people.
• Abyssal Tieflings are a visually monstrous race with deep sea inspiration. Some may appear more human-like, but with uncanny features.
• Aasimar are inspired by the cosmos rather than divinity.
